Responsibilities
- •Support customers via email and chat
- •Guide trial users to determine if Optmyzr is the right fit
- •Assist with onboarding and product navigation
- •Create customer education and adoption content
- •Represent customer needs and feedback internally
- •Follow up through calls/emails when needed
