Our Ideal Candidate
  • •Proven experience (7+ years) managing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • •At least 2 years of experience managing and leading a team of account managers or digital marketing specialists.
  • •Strong understanding of PPC campaign management, optimization techniques, and analytics.
  • •Demonstrated experience working with clients from Western markets (North America, Europe).
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Ability to develop and implement effective account management strategies.
  • •Proficient with reporting and analytics tools relevant to digital advertising.
  • •Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or a similar services role.
  • •Google Ads Certification, Microsoft Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification.
  • •Experience with SaaS products related to digital marketing.
Responsibilities
  • •Build, manage, and grow a team of account managers.
  • •Oversee client advertising accounts, ensuring performance targets are met and exceeded.
  • •Mentor team members, providing ongoing training and support to enhance their skills.
  • •Ensure high client satisfaction by consistently delivering strategic insights and excellent service.
  • •Develop and maintain effective account management processes and best practices.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams, including product and engineering, to provide feedback and improve service offerings.
  • •Prepare and deliver performance reports, client insights, and recommendations regularly.
