Product Designer

Our Ideal Candidate
  • •2–4 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio
  • •Expert proficiency in Figma and strong design fundamentals
  • •Demonstrated experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in your workflow
  • •Basic to intermediate understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • •Experience with AI-powered coding assistants (Cursor, Lovable, v0.dev, or similar)
  • •Ability to build functional prototypes beyond static mockups
  • •Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
  • •Good to have experience designing SaaS, B2B, or data-heavy applications
  • •Good to have knowledge of React or modern frontend frameworks
  • •Good to have familiarity with design systems and component libraries
  • •Good to have an understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • •Good to have a background in ad tech or marketing platforms
Responsibilities
  • •Design intuitive interfaces for our digital advertising optimization platform
  • •Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • •Translate complex analytics and data into clear, actionable visualizations
  • •Maintain and contribute to the design system
  • •Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, iteration, and concept exploration
  • •Apply prompt engineering to generate and test design variations
  • •Leverage AI for competitive research and pattern discovery
  • •Critically refine AI-generated outputs using human-centered principles
  • •Design transparent, intuitive interfaces for AI-powered features and automation
  • •Understand AI capabilities and limitations to create appropriate user experiences
  • •Use AI coding assistants to translate design ideas into working demos
  • •Iterate rapidly by “vibe coding” with AI to test real interactions
  • •Validate and refine AI-generated code to meet design intent
  • •Create prototypes that inform feature and flow decisions
  • •Bridge design and engineering by understanding technical constraints
  • •Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
  • •Present design rationale clearly, explaining trade-offs and decisions
  • •Participate actively in critiques and feedback sessions
  • •Document design decisions and maintain organized files
  • •Adapt to agile methodologies and shifting priorities
  • •Share insights about AI tools and vibe coding with the broader team
