Product Designer I
Our Ideal Candidate
- •Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- •1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design or a strong portfolio demonstrating design potential.
- •Basic proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- •Understanding of fundamental design principles including typography, color theory, and layout.
- •Eagerness to learn and grow as a designer.
- •Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- •Basic communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- •Passion for creating user-centered designs.
- •Nice to have experience with web design or mobile app design.
- •Nice to have basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- •Nice to have understanding of user research methodologies.

Responsibilities
- •Assist senior designers in creating UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications.
- •Create wireframes, mockups, design assets, icons, illustrations, and visual elements under guidance.
- •Maintain and update design documentation, component libraries, and design files.
- •Apply design principles, company standards, and best practices to assigned tasks.
- •Execute design work based on clear specifications and feedback.
- •Participate in design critiques, discussions, and brainstorming sessions.
- •Design marketing materials and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- •Support user research activities, including usability test preparation and documentation.
- •Help document research findings and contribute insights based on user feedback.
- •Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers.
- •Develop proficiency in tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- •Stay organized and manage design assets systematically.
- •Learn to use AI-powered design assistants to explore variations and improve efficiency while maintaining design judgment.
