Product Designer II

Our Ideal Candidate
  • •Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions.
  • •Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • •Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • •Experience with design systems and component libraries.
  • •Good communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
  • •Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and design constraints in web development.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • •Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and improve.
  • •Nice to have experience with motion design or micro-interactions
  • •Nice to have knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • •Nice to have experience designing for SaaS or B2B products.
  • •Nice to have familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven design.
  • •Nice to have experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Galileo AI, etc.).
Responsibilities
  • •Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • •Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes for new features and improvements.
  • •Participate in usability testing, user interviews, and surveys.
  • •Analyze research insights and translate them into actionable design improvements.
  • •Produce high-quality design deliverables, including specifications and documentation.
  • •Work within existing design systems while contributing new components and enhancements.
  • •Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements.
  • •Present design concepts and rationale clearly to teams and stakeholders.
  • •Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate on designs.
  • •Review implemented features to ensure alignment with design specifications.
  • •Identify inconsistencies and collaborate with teams to resolve them.
  • •Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
  • •Participate in design critiques and knowledge sharing.
  • •Explore AI-powered tools for ideation, research synthesis, and rapid prototyping to improve design quality and efficiency.
