The challenge

Marketing 360® faced a major operational scalability challenge within its account management team. Operating separately within platforms like Google and Facebook Ads limited the number of accounts each specialist could efficiently oversee. With a growing client base, they needed a centralized, comprehensive dashboard for a bird’s-eye view across multiple accounts, to improve monitoring, and streamline workflows. The team also sought a way to make smarter, automated optimizations, like identifying and removing high-cost search terms, while maintaining control and visibility.

The solution

Marketing 360® adopted Optmyzr’s Rule Engine and Blueprints to bring greater efficiency, scalability, and control to account management. The Dashboards & Optmyzr Express became the central hub for daily operations, offering a consolidated view of multiple accounts. Optmyzr also streamlined client communication and reporting, with customization options that allowed tailored insights for each client. Blueprints enabled the team to strategically combine multiple tools into unified workflows, while specialized features like Keyword Lasso, the Shopping Campaign Management Tool, PPC Investigator, and Search Query Analysis capabilities improved optimization speed and accuracy. The Rapid Campaign Launcher became a cornerstone of their client onboarding process, significantly accelerating the setup of new campaigns.
