About the customer

Momentum Performance is a digital agency based in Norway, focused on e-commerce clients across Scandinavia. The team comes from large holding-company agencies but built Momentum to move faster and work more hands-on with smaller businesses that can't afford in-house marketing teams. They specialize in paid search and social, serving Norwegian stores as well as clients in Sweden and Denmark.

The challenge: cross-account visibility for clients

Managing multiple accounts in Google Ads can be a bit difficult as the interface is built around individual accounts, not portfolios. For a small agency managing a growing roster of e-commerce clients, that creates real risk.

For Momentum, that created two specific pressure points.

The first was the budget. Their clients are small e-commerce stores and the budget that runs dry too early or burns too fast has real consequences.

"A mismanaged budget could hit really hard," Jorgen says.

Without a way to monitor spend across accounts in one place, staying ahead of that risk meant constant manual checking.

The second was shopping campaigns. E-commerce clients live and die by their product feeds, and building shopping campaigns properly, using feed attributes to create structured, specific campaigns takes time.

Done manually across a growing client list, it crowded out everything else.

The solution

Among the Optmyzr tools the team relies on, a few have had a particular impact.

1. Budget pacing across the full portfolio

The Google Ads interface doesn't give agencies a clear view across all their clients at once. Optmyzr's budget pacing tools fill that gap. Jorgen and the team use it to monitor spend across accounts daily, catching issues before they become problems. For small e-commerce clients operating on tight margins, that visibility is essential.

2. Shopping Campaign Builder

Momentum Performance works heavily in e-commerce, which means shopping campaigns are a constant. Setting them up manually used to take five hours per client. With Optmyzr's Shopping Campaign Builder, once the feed work is done, the campaign setup itself takes five minutes.

4. Sidekick for reporting

The results

Client spotlight: November peak season

For one e-commerce client, a store highly dependent on a strong November, the agency used Optmyzr's Shopping Campaign Builder and Campaign Automator to prepare for the Black Friday season. The year-over-year results from November 2025 versus November 2024 speak for themselves:

The increase in conversion value was reflected in total sales. According to Jorgen, the gains were driven primarily by using feed attributes in the Shopping Campaign Builder to create a large number of highly specific campaigns at scale, combined with the Campaign Automator generating ads for sale products automatically.

The bigger picture

Time savings are real, but Jorgen is candid about how Momentum now thinks about measuring them: they don't, because Optmyzr is too embedded in how they work to isolate.

"Optmyzr is so integrated with the way we work. We don't really measure it anymore."

On overall performance: "Account performance is better. We don't need to test it anymore and time saved is massive."

And on alternatives: "There hasn't really been anyone that has challenged Optmyzr so far."
