The Report Scheduler feature automates the process of scheduling and delivering the Google Ads, Bing Ads and Analytics reports to multiple stakeholders. You can schedule one of our instant reports or create custom reports using the Report Templates & Designer tool.
Reports can be scheduled to be emailed as PDF attachments or dynamic links on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
Note: Whenever scheduling a report, the tool will pick up on the system's time zone.
To schedule a report, Optmyzr fetches data from Google Ads and Bing Ads in real time to generate the report for a specified period.
To set it up, you have to go to the Report Templates and Designer page and view the report you wish to schedule (Actions column). Make sure the correct Google Ads/Bing Ads account is selected at the top (the report will be scheduled for the chosen account).
Before scheduling, we recommend checking if all the widgets are placed well, and the layout you want to for the report.
By default, the tool will display the report on portrait, but if you want to send it as Landscape, you need to change it before scheduling.
After you view the report, click on 'Report Actions' in the top right corner as shown below. Click on 'Schedule Report' from the drop down menu (this option won't be available if you 'Preview' the report).
After you click on 'Schedule Report', a new window will pop up requesting to fill in the following details:
We recommend you to schedule reports after the 2nd of the month. This will ensure that the reports have all the data for the previous month because Google Ads has a time lag of at least a few hours. Also, the Google Ads servers are very busy on the first of the month which sometimes causes reports to fail.
