Ask Optmyzr, right where you work
Just @optmyzr and ask.
Drop a question in any channel by tagging Optmyzr. You'll see an hourglass while we work, a green check when the answer's ready, and a full thread with the deep-dive — exactly where the conversation started.
Or use /optmyzr for instant answers.
Type a slash command to ping Optmyzr directly. The answer streams in right below — performance summaries, metric tables, and tailored insights for the time window you asked about.

• @mention — tag
@Optmyzr in any channel it has been invited to and ask a question; it replies in a thread on that message.• /optmyzr slash command — type
/optmyzr followed by your question for an instant answer in that channel.• Direct messages — Optmyzr sends budget, performance and anomaly alerts straight to your DM, with one-tap actions to approve, snooze or escalate.
The bot responds only to the message that mentions it or invokes the slash command — it does not respond to other comments in the channel.
/optmyzr help in any channel — or send help in a direct message to the Optmyzr app — and Optmyzr replies with a quick guide covering the three ways to ask (slash command, @mention and DM) plus example questions you can try. It's the fastest way to get started or to remind yourself of what's possible without leaving Slack.• Secure processing — requests are sent to OpenAI securely over TLS and processed per request. OpenAI does not use API data to train its models.
• Tenancy & isolation — Optmyzr enforces customer isolation, scoping every request to a single authenticated account.
• Retention — Optmyzr stores prompts and LLM responses in line with its customer retention policy and deletes them on request or on account termination. Under OpenAI's standard API data policy, API data may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring only and is not used for training.
For full details, see the Optmyzr Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
• Secure storage — data is stored only on approved servers with proper encryption in place, up-to-date software, and tightly restricted remote access.
• Data classification — data is classified by sensitivity (Critical, Restricted and Low-Risk). Sensitive data such as account and login information, advertising-account access tokens, performance data and billing details is treated as Critical and stored only on systems approved by our Data Protection Officer.
• Access controls — access to Critical data is granted only to approved individuals with a genuine business need, who must complete mandatory security training and use two-factor authentication.
• Retention — we keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service, and no longer than necessary unless a longer period is required by law.
Full details are in the Optmyzr Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
• Disconnect Optmyzr — remove the integration from the Slack Management page in Optmyzr, or from Slack under Settings → Manage apps. This immediately stops Optmyzr from processing any further data from your workspace.
• Delete your account or request deletion — if you delete your Optmyzr account, your account information is generally deleted after 30 days, subject to legal holds and backup storage. You can also request deletion at any time by contacting us through our officially published support channels.
Please note: there may be a short delay before data is fully removed from our servers and backups, and we may retain limited information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. See the Privacy Policy for details.
